Magnolia Block Collection
Already purchased a Kadence child theme that you love but want to add sections and pages from another? Or maybe your site just needs an upgrade?
Block Collections are ideal for those that don’t want to switch themes but want the individual sections and full pages from another Kadence theme! Easily mix & match themes by inserting sections or entire pages from one theme to another with just a few clicks.
Check out the FAQs below for what’s included and general information.
If I’ve already purchased a theme, does the block collection come included with the coordinating theme?
Yes! Every theme in our shop has its own block collection. For example, if you have the Moss theme activated on your site, then the Moss block collection is already connected. If you purchase another block collection, you will have both block collections in your library!
Do fonts, custom fonts, colors, header + footer settings, etc come with a Block Collection?
No, those settings are found in your active theme. Custom fonts are not included with block collections.
What does support cover?
Support covers connecting the block collection, troubleshooting blocks, and general use. Further modifications and customizations to sections and pages are not covered under support.
Will the block collection take on the same fonts and colors as my current theme?
Yes!! Kadence uses global styles for fonts and colors, so the block collection will match your current site.
What are the requirements to use a block collection?
In order to connect and use a Block Collection, you will need the Kadence Block Plugin (free), the Kadence Starter Templates plugin (free), and must have a Kadence child theme active on your site.
